Mercedes Sandton worst service ever.

Worst experience of any car service ever!!!!! Takes a week for my car to get fixed (Air filter replacement). Service advisor does not communicate with me during this long week on the status of my vehicle. I have to call Merc, with no answer, leave messages at reception for the service advisor and then even the manager to call me back, however no one bothers to call me back at all. I keep calling with no answer, keep leaving messages for them to please call me back, still no one calls me back. This keeps happening for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I have am left with their mercy to eventually phone me on the Friday to collect my vehicle. I arrive the Friday to collect my vehicle, they then make me wait another hour before any service advisor even helps me. Really horrible and Frustrating!!! I am selling my merc, just so that I don’t have to deal with this **** again!
