Discouraging

Took my car for scheduled service and replacing driving lights. On collection, the rear seat aircon unit was sitting detached on the floor and other replaced parts loosely placed on the rear seat. The advisor attending to me was equally shocked to discover this. I had to spend more time to wait for the loose aircon unit to be fixed. I later discovered the cornering lights were not working.
