What I can gather is that part of this mans performance appraisal is based on how little he spends, so making repairs to customers cars must be kept to a bare minimum regardless if it's a safety issue or what not. So, if your Mercedes makes a clunk, jerk, breaking sound, just say, that's normal, it's the nature of your badly engineered A45. If you are thinking about buying a Mercedes, good. If you have to deal with Mercedes Durban central, please think, do I want this stress in my life do I want to be taking time off work because of their careless attitude.
