Mercedes Wonderboom hid vehicle damage and Stefan sabotaged my PMD insurance claim. They gave me a car that was not assessed, I had to tow to another dealer, the tow guy sent me pictures of a broken cover plate beneath the car. I got into a car accident and my car never leaked oil not smoked he went on and wrote a report to say oil leaks are wear and tear. Now the insurance don’t want to pay. Yesterday I send him a cover plate and stated that he never assessed beneath the car. What kind of dealer workshop doesn’t assess the whole car especially after I said the suspension broke…..

10 Jul 2026, 10:28Luckily I sent a tow truck to collect the car as I’m working I asked him to take pictures. The guy took pictures everywhere as it is supposed to be done. I faced a horrible experience with the Merc Wonderboom, since last year. When I was also dealing with the admin lady who handed me a car that’s leaking oil, after each and every work done no one comes and advise you the lady just give you to sign and hand over the keys. I’ve never spoken to a service advisor at all. I haven’t had my car for 6months. I got into an accident that broke my suspension on the left , car lost power they fixed it now it’s leaking oil he says it’s west and tear after a month of fixing what they call DPF
