An unfortunate incident from someone I thought would have my best interest as a sales representative

I was trying to purchase a vehicle “V300” and midst the finance application the sales Lady (Lebo mabitle ) asked if I could put a deposit of R10 000 to reserve the vehicle until my application was approved, I then did so however my application came back and I was referred to another funding company on vehicle, they required a deposit of 35% of the purchase price which in my case was R 741 000, after almost two months of trying to raise that capital I couldn’t . And the Sales lady said I won’t get my deposit back
