Zero Customer back up Service

Been driving / owned a Mercedes Benz since 1998 great vehicle but it stops there , their customer back service doesn't exist any longer, they sell there soul to sell you the car and then you struggle to get any communication , car been in for repairs since 28 January 23 still no parts in Germany or SA , nobody from Mercedes Benz gives a hoot absolutely amazing how terrible a company has become , absolute worst company I have ever tried to deal with. If you purchase a Mercedes Benz I promise you you will regret it very quickly. Don't waste your money I hope this helps you not make one of the biggest mistakes of your life , to late for me.
