‪I am disgusted with Polokwane Mercedes Benz. I was refused a courtesy car because I don’t have a R 10k deposit. I dropped my car at Polokwane Mercedes at around 07:00 in the morning. I was only told at around 16:00 that my vehicle will have to sleepover due to the oil leak as they only started servicing it at around 15:00. No body bothered to update me about the service progress the whole day . I wonder who is going to be liable for all the hours spend at Mercedes Benz without my vehicle being serviced.‬
