Worst Shuttle Service Ever- Mercedes Benz Bedfordview

<p>I have associating myself with the Mercedes brand for 4 years now and i decided to try the Bedfordview branch for a change- worst shcuttle service ever.</p> <p>First the driver refused to pick me up in the spot which i was dropped and had to walk due to his own reasons of not wanting to pick up than left my car and fetched it after 5 days which the offer to pick me up was not introduced by my service advisor until i had to mention.</p> <p>Than i was picked up by a Smart car- really an uncomfortable ride. now bear in mind i drive a CLA Amg, Audi A4 and VW CC and they send a Smart car to fetch me. in the 4 years years with Benz i Have never been fetched by a brand not being Benz, so clearly my service advisor and shuttle co-odinator felt i dont deserve to be picked up by a benz since i escalated the 1st incidence. Well highly dissapointed and i will be preaching the gospel to all my Benz driving associates about the terrible customer service from the Bedfordview branch...</p>
