Worst Service whom they pride themselves to be the best or nothing

I’ve always thought Mercedes Benz look after their clients complaining but I’ve reported their one accredited Body Repairer which is Royal Auto Body Polokwane but nothing has been done to date even a call back from Mercedes on any developments.

My V-Class was in a minor accident and the only chosen Body repairer in polokwane is the *********** Royal Auto Body whom I’ve already turned down their job four times after their call that they’ve completed and further more they’ve even done more damage to my cars because when I took my car in for repairs all my doors and sliding doors were working automatically but after they called me to fetch the car I realized my doors are no longer working and the car doesn’t even lock.

I don’t know whom to report this people because I called Mercedes Benz South Africa till to date I got no feedback hence even when I go to the repairers they don’t even care about what I say and I went to the dealer across the road he told me that I’m not the first person complaining about Royal Auto Body there’s a lot of complaints.

Mercedes Benz please assist us we’re paying a fortune for this cars and I don’t own one Mercedes and this might take out the joy and pleasure I have for Mercedes
