Worst Finance House I Have Come Accross

I bought a mercedes from a dealer in Cape Town 2 months ago. He said the natis documents were coming from mercedes benz finance. However he couldn't come through with this & gave me the original owners name & no as This was the only person who could request the natis documents. The owner shoed me the settlement letter 7 proof of payment plus the mails sent to MBF. There was no response from MBF. Two weeks ago MBF said that there was an outstanding amount which was then paid even though they had previously sent a settlement letter which was paid. Up until today we cannot get the natis documents although all payments were made. When someone I sent there today to head office to see if we can get the document they still say the file is closed but they waiting for it to come to them. They said come tomorrow morning. How much longer do i wait & how many more times do we still run around. I cannot do anything with the car. Its parked off for 2 Months. I will never ever recommend anyone to take finance from MBF.
