Worst experience Mercedes Benz East London Ronnie motors

Hi I bought a Mercedes Benz sprinter from Eastlondon ronnie motors. I paid cash for my vehicle and was told that I could pick it up in January and they will sort out the registration. When I went to pick it up no bull bars on it and was told the guys will come fit it in kokstad. Its February now till now nobody has come to sort out the bus registration. In between Mercedes Benz drove this bus all the way to eastlondon when the lights stopped working without licencing the vehicle. What standard of service is this. I have logged a complaint with head office and they are still investigating it. Moreover when they brought the bus back there were scratches and dent on one of the rims. Dissapointed
