Withold service schedule

Owning a Mercedes is a horrible experience. I have had several bad experiences with the service on my vehcile. Now that it is out of motor plan it is impossible to get a quote for a standard service. On top of that they will not disclose what is required for a A(Minor) and a B(Major) service. As a owner you have no way to know what you are in for, and they are witholding information about your vehcile for no reason other than leaving you in the hands of the dealerships
