Wind Noise or Characteristic ?

I purchased a New Mercedes-Benz at a cost of R630 000.00 after been told that they can repair the wind noise in th vehicle I was told that "it can't be fixed as its a "Characteristic" of the vehicle", and that I must except the vehicle as it is. I then told them that if the vehicle can not be fixed I request a new one or my money back, as it was still within the time frame that I was able to return the vehicle under the protection of the CPA Consumer Protection Act, this was refused to me, I was told that if I was not satisfied I can approach the (MIOSA) Motor Industial Ombudsman Of South Africa.

MIOSA sent MBSA three notice's to respond to my complaint, no reply was received. I have even sent MBGermany an email via their web site, still no response. This is the service that one receives from Mercedes-Benz, once they have taken your money, If you have a problem, you are ignored.
