Why is Mercedes Benz Cruel to paying customers !!!

It's so bad that with so MANY product quality and customer service complains against Mercedes Benz SA , business has not rep**** to a single ONE!!! They just dont care maybe I should just go public and cause a stir people are really suffering because of this "premium brand"
