Where are the parts ??

Waiting for parts for a Mercedes-Benz Vito bus since 28 Dec 2022 and still no news on when they will be available. In the meantime, the vehicle is off road and nonproductive. According to the servicing dealer, there are problems with the MBSA parts system resulting in zero visibility of orders. The official MBSA call center said they would revert with the order details - that was 2 weeks ago - still waiting for them to get back to me!! Are any others experiencing the same poor service?
