What a joke

For the last year I have had absolutely shocking service from this pathetic excuse for a dealership. Every time I take my car there there is one issue or another where they fail to do what they are supposed to. The staff and particularly a surly arrogant woman called Noleen are rude and really badly trained. I could bore you all with pages of stuff I have had to endure but the bottom line is I probably will never buy another merc because of the useless service I get from these people. Pity because they are great cars. These clowns are doing a good job inn destroying the brand. Well Done Mercedes Umhlanga. You have just lost another customer.
