We called to book the car in for the last service on the motor plan at 99 000 KM and we were informed that we have to wait for the car to give the signal for service. Now the car is at 100 450 km the car provided the signal for service we are told that the service plan has expired since we passed 100 000 KM. Honestly, we are cheated here.
