Way to improve - learn from Europe

Sandton is a very nice dealership but they should send their staff to Europe for training.

Also cars are way more expensive than in Europe both in cash and on finance.

Not sure if they still sell smart cars, but most were configured as manual. Who wants to drive a manual Mercedes? Not even a baby Benz. That's like oh oh all I could afford was a used manual.
