Warranty issue

I actually not sure who is wrong here, I did a warranty plan with you financed by you and was advised it has grace period of 5000km after expiration. this warranty expires 27mar or 140 000. CAR has registered an error and motorite will not pay as they say this is not their rule as my car has just clocked over 142 000
