Warranty Issue

<p>Not sure how to get any service from MBSA. My car in workshop for 3 weeks with a rain leak which MBSA is absolving themselves from any responsibility. The claiming it is not a warranty issue and made no effort to even find out from me any details of where the car was parked or driven. Customer services managers don't return calls either, left three today and then they go home at 4pm and don't give a damn about the customers issues. so I am expected to pay for a manufacturing issue? Frankly i don't think MBSA gives a damn about its customers, pathetic for an expensive brand that claims to pride itself on their service.</p>
