VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!

2 months my car is still at mercedes benz umhlanga and i get a smart car as a courtesy car!!!!This is bull****!I drive an A45 AMG and i get a smart car as a courtesy car! I spoke to the manager for a mercedes and he told me that he will give me one in 2 days,15 days no answer from him.Spoke to the director Hassan Akoo 10 days Ago,He tells me Monday the 4th of September he will give me an answer,Today is the 11th he did not even have the decency to give me a call!!! THIS SERVICE IS BULL****!!My car went in for repair of drive shaft and it ends up getting bumped and the pictures of the car as well as a checklist dissapeared apparently!!! This service is totally not acceptable! I WANT A COMPENSATION FOR ALL OF THIS BULL**** I HAD TO GO THROUGH IMMEDIATTELY
