Very poor customer service

They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After attempting to get the tyre pressure correct 5 times from garages I decided to go to the dealership. 22 minutes I waited before a service manager said he is coming while he attended to another customer who arrived after me. Yes, I did not have an appointment but Mercedes Benz Bryanston knows nothing about service. When I lost signal while on the phone to complain having left without being attended to, do you think they called back!
