Very bad service - Mercedez Benz Constantia Kloof

Today I was booked for brake pad repairs at Mercedez Benz Constantia Kloof. I arrived at 08:30AM and had to wait for 2 hours for their shuttle to take me to work. Eventually at 10:30, I have had enough so I to take my car back and proceeded to work as the wait was horrific and mind you not the first time it happens.
