Very bad service from Mercedes Emergency Assist

My car broke down on 14/12/2022 in a very bad area (I was woman alone in the car). I contacted Mercedes Emergency Assist. The lady immediately told me I am in a very bad area (and I was also blocking an intersection) and that they will immediately send out someone to assist me as well as the police to stay with me, seeing how bad the area was where I broke down. Nothing happened!!! Fifteen minutes later I phoned again only to be told she will check on the ETA. Waited some more and called third time, but call was cut off without anyone returning my call or checking on me. Still waiting for anyone from Mercedes to arrive and assist me!!!! I ended up calling my insurer for assistance. Very disappointing as this was a feature that was sold to me when I got the car. I was woman alone in a very bad area, but got no assistance whatsoever from Mercedes. Will not use them again as I don't trust them at all after this.
