very bad service

i took my car in for service on the 12/10/2015 which was leteraly in good shape prior to taking it in. i dont know what the hell the service guys done but my car was shaking terrably after the service. of which i believe it should be in a more better state after service.<br> <br> i then called my service advisor of which he booked it in again for recheck- however the same problem still persisted even after that. had to call him again to re-book the car for the 3rd time, another time consuming for me as i have to wake up at don to drop off the car and still make it to work.<br> <br> the 3rd time around i ask my service advisor for the car to be dropped off at my work and he agreed to that. he called me about 2pm advicing the car is ready but i had to wait till 6pm and the car was never delivered at my work and im working only a block away from the dealership.<br> <br> im still not happy with the work done on my car and im sick and tired of calling them to fix the same damn issue over again. cause not when i turn i feel some kind of metal making some funny sounds like its not <br> lubricated. <br> <br> i believe merc is the type of car that should give a peace of mind when driving. very disappointed i am..
