Vehicle Spare Key

Hello Peter<br> <br> I bought a demo C200 at Mercurius Polokwane at the end of January this year. I was only informed during the delivery that there is no spare key but it is ordered and will be delivered in short course. I have been following up this matter with no success but only fruitless promises.<br> <br> It is very disappointing to realise that even big brands like Mercedes Benz do not respect their client and their values.
