UTTER INCOMPETENCE

Had my vehicle serviced due to recall. I requested a shuttle to drop me of at a nearby mall. I was then told that the driver was not there, after 3 hours still nothing had happened. I personally think that here is attention needed for us as customers have something to attend to unlike cargo which obviously dont. Close them down, NOT CENTURY MOTORS.
