Useless Umhlanga branch

Terrible customer service and I had to wait 3 hours for a quote when it was read to me over the phone and wow get more staff... I can't be waiting 15mins to speak to someone and then get told they will call me back.. and don't then I have to call you back.. I buy parts from you guys at least 15 times a month...

Get more ppl to help
