Useless Roadside Assistance Services

Sometimes we buy these expensive cars in order to ensure that the service we receive from the brand is spectacular, but I am beyond apaulled and dissapointed with the service received from Mercedes Benz's so-called Roadside Assistance. I currently own a CLA 200 AMG, 2016 Model with Run-Flat tyres and one of the rear tyres is flat and worn out from driving. After numerous means to try and resolve the matter, I then decided to contact Mercedes Benz SA Roadside Assistance Contact Centre. My car is in a safe place, however, i called to request for a loan tyre in order to get to the nearest affluent city/town that has such tyres in order to then return the tyre back to where loaned from.

First, I spoke to an Agent called Sibongile Lelape who after connectng me with a Technician in the area who proved to be useless in resolving my predicament, left me holding on the phone without coming back to me to close-off the call propperly. I ended up disconnecting the call when I realised the wastage of money. I then called back and was assisted by another Agent by the name of Lois Louw who also proved to be inefficient herself. Her only reason for not helping was due to Roadside Assistance Technicians getting hijacked and my question was why does BMW still maintain the service.

For me this is apaulling and dissapointing, which makes me consider getting myself a BMW and trade-in this car just for effective services.
