Your service is very disgusting and pathetic. No help whatsoever from you regardless of the number of times I have called during this lockdown to alert you that my car is due for service and I am an essential worker.

You asked for my Vin number and registration number but you did nothing about it ?

So now I should become a safety hazard to myself including other road users.

My car's performance has drastically changed not to mention what damage will be occurring to my engine and gearbox drive back and forth for 80kilos everyday with a car running on dirty oil that needs to be changed.

You're very useless. In fact Bidvest as a whole is useless.

Been calling your roadside assistance daily for 2 weeks now and no one knows anything. Everyday I get the same useless message " we'll call you back "
