useless brand

I am disappointed by Mercedes benz wonderboom they always get something wrong

I bought my A200 via LMG motors in October and there was no spare key, I requested spare key documents from absa which I sent to LMG and they paid for the key four months later there is no communication form Mercedes wonderboom they called I called no one is responding at all

Even if I take my car for service they always get something even with my previous merc, this is causing me to hate the my merc

Is the anyone who can assist am I ever gonna get the key or not
