USB ports not covered by warranty!

To all those driving the new c class Mercedez Benz , do any of you realize your USB ports are not covered . I took my car to Mercedez Pinetown, my USB ports were not working both of them just stopped working together . As soon as I parked my car the service advisor told me it’s not covered , I was in shock I then asked why she continued to say it is cosmetic damage. I asked how could it be when both switched off at the same time and how can you tell me it’s cosmetic damage . She said well we will look at it low and behold she calls me to tell me there is no way it is covered Mercedez Benz does not cover USB ports and by the way not 1 person has a copy of the fine print that says this not covered even Mercedez customer service does not have this document. They to are sticking to the fact that it is not covered .
