URGENT: Unresolved Refund Issue with Mercedes-Benz

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I’ve received from Mercedes-Benz. My vehicle finance was settled on May 29, 2024, and the debit order was deducted on June 3, 2024. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances, my refund is still pending.

Here’s a summary of the situation:

Settlement Date: May 29, 2024 Debit Order Deducted: June 3, 2024 Refund Request Sent: August 22, 2024 I’ve spoken with multiple call center agents and been given various excuses, including IT issues and managerial delays. Despite my email being confirmed received and forwarded to a manager, there’s been no acknowledgment or update.

I am posting here in hopes of getting a resolution to this matter. Can someone from @MercedesBenz please address this issue urgently? I would appreciate any help in expediting the refund process.
