Up your game Merc!

If I could give a rating lower than a one star, I would, without hesitation. I called multiple Mercedes Benz dealerships yesterday as to find out the price on a motor plan. I reached Mercedes Benz Constantia Kloof dealership, I was transferred multiple times without anyone answering their extensions, I am horrified at the level of professionalism and utter disregard for a client's needs. I was told I would be called back with urgency by the F&I yesterday, after waiting 4 hours and not having received any call, I called back only to be transferred again to a bunch of people with the luck of absolutely no one answering. After calling back again this morning and mentioning to the agent the lack of service, he completed ignored what I had to say and asked what he could help with instead of taking action to resolve the problem at hand, transferred again to an apparent non-existent F&I, no answer. Seriously guys, up your game, a small situation like this would make me never want to buy another Merc ever again.
