Up hauling service at Mercedes Benz Bedfordview

???? Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview must just close down! Period! They just don’t know what they are doing! If it’s not returning my car back after it has been for service, it’s something else!They are supposed to be experts in their product but noooo ???? As for their customer service, non-existent! I’ve been waiting for almost two months for a part to be ordered, no communication nothing during the wait. No sign of customer care at all! Latricia ????! I had to be the one to do the follow up, no apology, no part was even ordered. I’m dumbfounded. Am considering even changing the brand! What a painful journey with this branch!
