Unprofessional Service Mercedes Benz Klerksdorp

Recently took my vehicle in for service at Mercedes Benz Klerksdorp Only to be told at 10am that it would be a cash service even though the vehicle is under motor plan Took the entire day to resolve, with little to no communciation till 4pm Matter was resolved and vehicle was rebooked. Told the vehicle was at the wash bay at 1pm. When I came to collect the vehicle at 4pm it was filthy inside and no explanation provided Further more the courtesy shuttle service is unprofessional. A dirty vehicle used with an inappropriate driver who keeps asking personal questions, enquiring about my residential address and permanently on the phone not concentrating on the road.

I have been with Mercedes for over 5 years and never had such unprofessional service as from Klerksdorp I have always had polite, respectful and clean rides in the shuttle service and collected a vehicle that was spotless and sanitized Poor communication as well Really pathetic service Mercedes Benz Klerksdorp
