Unprofessional Service - Constantia Kloof Merc

<p>My vehicle has been at Constantia Kloof for a week now, I've just received a call that not all my part are in because they only remembered today that not all paperwork is in. A WHOLE WEEK LATER, really? Appauling and disappointing service.</p>
