Unprofessional & poor customer service

Mercedes Benz Berdfordview! 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ 1st incident poor service I thought it was just miscommunication….2nd incident I’m like noo let me give them a benefit of the doubt, 3rd incident I was like they deserve another chance but now I’m sooo gatvol!!!!! What a bad service, 3 days no communication or what so ever I had to call and physically go there that’s when I’m being updated and told I will be updated again the following day, the following day comes no call nothing ! I call I hold for over 30minutes, I’m so disappointed ☹️ I’ve never received a smooth service not ones. I guess everyone was right there’s only two cars “BMW and the rest” because what a disgrace to such a reputable brand 🚮🚮
