Unparalleled Professionalism

This review is long overdue. The level and calibre of service experienced at Garden City Motors is completely unparalleled and worthy of emulation. When I had visited the showroom, I was approached (not harassed) almost immediately and the salesman (Nilen Ramsamy), coupled with the overall atmosphere, encouraged me to change from another German brand to Mercedes Benz. Nilen was incredibly professional, efficient and expedited the process, ensuring that the transaction was smooth and hassle free. I have dealt with a few brands/car dealerships previously and I have NEVER experienced such customer interest, where one is viewed as a person and not as a potential purchaser. The after sale followup with Nilen and Mercedes Benz has also been phenomenal. It has been a true pleasure and I do not regret my decision of brand, dealership and salesperson.
