Unhappy **** off client😡

I have very bad experience with Customer service of Mercedes Benz assist. My brand new V300d Bus broken down at Mosselbay three weeks ago. We Call Mercedes assist on 011- *** in order to come and pick up the car to the nearest dealership in George, after many calls they managed to send pick up truck, they were unable to locate suitable rental car ,as we were with my Family. Apparently they were unable to allocate any rental car for us which I find to be very untrue full. The following day it took myself only one phone call to Europe car which are in Hartenbos to secure vehicle for my family as we were stranded now for almost two days. The person that assist us were Jay Oriale not sure if spelling of name is correct. Now the V300d been fixed by Stanmar motors more then a week ago, once more no assistance from Mercedes Assist in order to bring my car back to Northern Cape.It is my first time experience with Mercedes , I use to drive Landrover's, and has never experience problems with Landrover , I must be say I think it was mistake to trade my Landrover. The above number is also managed by very highly *********** staff of Mercedes as they transfer you call from pillar to post and even cut you off and also not even returning my calls.
