Unhappy customer at Century city branch

Mercede-Benz South Africa please need to check on the branch at Century City as their customer service is pathetic to say the least. Im left stranded over a weekend without any transport as a result of them not being able to sort car out number and two not being able to provide courtesy car. Unacceptable from such a Big Brand name. I moved over from Audi expecting better but I was wrong this is not the first time this has happened to me.
