A note to potential vehicle byers obtaining finance. Re-consider if considering Mercedes Benz Financial Services SA. After many years of on time installments, followed by an early settlement of the outstanding balance, another installment was yet again taken from my bank account after the account was settled. After various communications, without their response, I again followed up. Today, after previous feedback that the matter would be settled on the 16th October, they advised that a further 10 days would be required to complete the re-payment. In total then, since the funds were taken after settlement, MBFS requires almost a month to complete an electronic refund! Question is what would happen if an installment would be late by a month? Please reconsider before signing with them. Very poor feedback and absolute customer bullying!
