Under-par service

Hi, I paid off my car on 05/10/2017 and to-date have not received the NATIS documents. After having to wait for MB finally the docs were sent to Skynet on 18/10/2017. Skynet did not deliver the documents to me because they went to the wrong address. When I called them they told me that the documents are back with MB Centurion. I wrote to MB on 07/11/2017 and to date I have no answer. Now that I have paid off my car, is this the service one must expect from you going forward? When am I getting my original car documents?
