Unauthorized Debit

My gripe is with Mercedes Benz Financial Services: The apathy and worse service I have experienced is not congruent with status of the brand. A year or so ago, there was a return on my debit order, which I subsequently paid in two installments. I sent the Proof of Payment. But I inundated with one debt collector after another who seem to disappear after I had shown them the POP. Then Customer Services kept on calling and my explanations fell o deaf ears. Suddenly end of October 2023, they debited my account with the so called arrears, without so much as an arrangement with me and when I wrote them an email, there was no response to this day. I am so frustrated because I don’t even know who to talk to. It’s like talking to the wind.
