Two outstanding employees at Mercedes Constatia Kloof

Recently I had to change a booth lock on my C 200. Got the part , but the electrical plug and socket did not match. Spares gentleman advise me that I need an adapter. He was right, but the adapter is not straight forward plug and play. I visited the workshops at Constantia Kloof and spoke to Wayne. He was very helpful and did follow up, determined that I get super service. I came with the adapter , but Wayne was out so Ashley helped me with the changes. These two employees make good name for Mercedes. I am not impressed with the poor design of the adapter by Mercedes engineers. In engineering we have a saying: "If it works, don't fix it"
