Time wasting and unfulfilled promises

I booked my car for service and made requests for an earlier finish. All went well and i got a call at 2 to say my car is in the workshop and i will be oicked at 3 as it should be done by that time. Excitedly i was impressed. I was picked up 5min before 3 and came in to collect. Only to be told they are still busy and now its 1hour, 15minutes and counting. Im still waiting. Why was i picked up to sit and waste my time? Why was i given the impression im here to collect and no convincing explanation as to why i have to wait this long? I yhought the service is excellent but im not impressed and would not encourage anyone to come here. As i write this note. I keep asking the 2 gentlemen and im told few minutes, and its going for a second hour. Tike wasted, no juice, no convincing explanation. And now i have to brace myself for traffic when i had thought i will be fine. And will be late to fetch my kids at aftercare. Valuable time wasted by the proffessoonals of a big brand like this? Very dissapointed
