Theft at centurion mercedes benz service center

<p>Mercedes benz centurion are a bunch of dishonest *******, they stole from my vehicle when I took it in for service and then when I went in to lodge a complaint of missing my bottle of perfume that was stored in the cabin hole, the useless service manager blatantly told me "there is nothing we can do" and hid behind this hollow statement("Customers are advised to remove their values from their vehicles.").</p> <p>They did not even say that they'll investigate or will follow up or will try finding out.</p> <p>I am utterly disgusted with this sort of treatment of customers from a so called "premium brand",I woudnt advise anyone to take their vehicle to mercedes benz centurion the service manager clearly has no client care and clearly isnt bothered by what customers think.</p> <p>This isnt really about the perfume bottle but about the basic principles of customer care, and my brand experience has been ruined.</p> <p> </p>
