The best call centre people I've ever dealt with

I requested a vehicle registration form for a 2013 vehicle from Mercedes-Benz finance department and received excellent service! Very well-spoken and very professional staff. First spoke to Sandra. She followed up and kept me in the loop all the time. Later when I spoke to Shirley, I received the same good service (sorry, I spoke to another lady between Sandra and Shirley, and also received good service - pity I didn't get her name). But obviously all the ladies at this company are a pleasure to deal with! Keep up the good work! Their reference for my query is 120039.
