Terrible Service

My vehicle "Brake Wear" light came on after 13000km, Although the trend has been to replace the brake pads every 11 to 13 000km since the vehicle was bought new in 2016, The Dealer and Mercedes Benz, Warranty is refusing to pay. No Logical explanation can be given
