Terrible Service

<p>Worst service ever. The red battery light was not turning off while driving, the manual said its the best to bring the car to a Mercedes garage because its either the v-belt or the accelerator. <br />So I took the car to this garage and 5 hours later they told me that its the battery. I was very surprised, but happy that its nothing else ... so the changed the battery and called me 10 Minutes later in order to inform me that there is a problem with the accelerator because the red battery light is still not turning off, but the battery was old and had to be replaced anyway...<br />So far so good - I thought I just bought a battery ( for much more what the AA would have charged for ), but when they delivered the car I recognized a horrible smell in the car. First I thought its from the old battery but then I figured out that it`s the new one because the accelerator was overloading it!<br />When I called Mercedes Paarl they just told me that they had to start at some point and that was changing the battery first.<br />Either they are unqualified or they like to sell first battery s by policy.</p> <p>Advice : Same unqualified service you can get in any no name garage for much less money.</p>
